Job Description

Our client is a leading global engineering Japanese company. They have been involved in the construction of oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and large-scale gas processing plants all over the world. In Vietnam, they have carried out various projects and can expect many future oil and gas projects.

Our Client is currently looking for the qualified, experience and highly motivated Vietnamese candidates to fill the following positions based in Hanoi office.

The successful candidates will have valuable working experiences and the exposure to high-skilled engineering know-how for various international projects.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control for EPC business for Oil & Gas Plants and other plants: To fabricate and deliver the equipment/materials in accordance with Client's specification and International Standard/Specification.

• In order for the correct fabrication and delivery, what QC Engineer have to do:

- To review the following documents and instruct vendor, if not correct: Drawing, ITP, Inspection and Test Plan, Many kinds of Inspection Procedure, Mill Sheet, WPS/PQR, Welding Map & Welders List, Fabrication Procedure.

- To do the inspection at vendor's shop, for example: Marking, Dimension Inspection for plate, Beveling and Tack Welding Inspection, and so on.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years experience as QC Engineer/Inspector
• Level 2 certificate of NDT (Non Destructive Testing)/CSWIP
• Have experience in reviewing drawings and QC documents as mentioned above
• Be familiar with Vietnamese laws and regulations
• Be familiar with codes and standards as ASME/ASTM/ ANSI/API/BS/DIN; Mobile/Shell/Aramco/ect.
• Willing to work in overseas for 1-3 years.
• Good working attitude and work hard with high responsibility
